This machining center bed is a one-piece HT grey cast iron casting with a gantry-type box-rib reinforced structure. After aging (stress relief), the guideway mounting reference faces are finish-machined, making it the core load-bearing base component of vertical machining centers. It offers strong rigidity and excellent vibration damping, with reserved assembly bores for OEM complete-machine fitting. Outline, guideway mounting positions and cavity structure can be customized to customer drawings.

1. HT Grey Iron, Excellent Damping: The internal graphite structure absorbs cutting vibration and suppresses resonance, sustaining long-term high-precision cutting and improving surface quality.
2. Integrated Box-Rib Casting: One-piece casting with densely distributed internal ribs provides strong bending and torsional resistance and high load capacity, resisting deformation in heavy cutting.
3. Multiple Aging Stress Relief: Aging before and after rough machining fully releases casting and machining stress, giving good long-term dimensional stability with no accuracy drift.
4. High-Precision Reference Faces: Guideway mounting bases, ballscrew mounts and headstock datum faces are precision milled and ground with controllable bore accuracy for easy assembly of linear guides, ballscrews and spindles.
5. OEM Customization: Drawing-based customization of outline, guideway span, cavity openings and mounting hole layout to suit vertical machining centers of different travels.
6. Reasonable Cavity Layout: Internal hollowed lightweight structure balances rigidity and self-weight; chip evacuation grooves and coolant/cable routing space are reserved for easy machine integration.

Quality Warranty: Casting body defects can be reported within the acceptance period; impact or external damage to machined faces is not covered.
